"We’re thrilled to expand the program in year two and continue celebrating these inspirational collegiate athletes while proving that diabetes does not have to hold you back."ĭexcom not only understands the pivotal role technology plays in helping athletes with diabetes feel and perform at their best, but also the importance of support from others who understand what it’s like to strive for athletic excellence while managing diabetes. Sacramento could have released Noel then and there but no, the team decided to keep him on the books. Then when JaVale McGee was waived by the Dallas Mavericks there was speculation that he could return to Los Angeles. It was no secret that the purple and gold needed a center yet the Kings added to a roster surplus. It was reported shortly after the Kings signed Noel that the Lakers had expressed interest in the veteran big man. There were several other names that were floated out for the Lake Show before Wood signed with the team. Los Angeles ended up signing Christian Wood to fill the center vacancy that the team had but that did not appear to be in the cards for a long time. Kings’ roster moves feel pointed at disrupting the Lakers Both signed partially guaranteed one-year deals with Kings this summer. ESPN Sources: After signing JaVale McGee to a free agent deal, the Sacramento Kings are waiving centers Nerlens Noel and Neemias Queta to give them a chance to play elsewhere.
